<b><u>Important warning message !</u></b>

All the settings you just have chosen will be set by a generated script that you can find here :

<*>/system/etc/init.kernel.sh</*>
<*>/system/etc/init.hardswap.sh (if you chose to use hardswap)</*>

The settings will be set as late as possible during the boot process in init.rc, and since most of these settings are of the kind "the last to set them wins", it is impossible to give any guaranty that these will be the settings your system will run.

Therefore you need to disable whatever may override these settings (other scripts, apps ...) if you really want these to be the settings you run your system on.

I <u>highly recommend</u> that you therefore check that the settings you just chose are still active <u>5 minutes after your system booted</u> (using tools like System Tuner).
